Randel Fang

Pastor Randel was called to serve Casey Life International Church (CLIC) in Casey, Melbourne in 2021. This followed his retirement as Director, Global Pathogen Safety, CSL Behring in 2019.  His responsibility here at CLIC covers prayer, pastoral care, preaching and supporting our senior pastor.  

He came to a personal knowledge of the Lord in 1969 through the life example and testimony of his classmate and friend.  He has had the privilege of serving in various churches and para-church organisations over the years in England, Malaysia and Australia including Chinese Church in London (CCIL), Grace Evangelical Free Church (EFC), Subang Jaya Malaysia and Clayton Church of Christ Fellowship, Melbourne. 

Randel has a passion to see believers from all age groups established in their faith with a burning desire to know what they believe and why they believe; and that all Scripture is still as relevant and practical today as it was in the early church.

He is happily married to Carol whom he met in London while serving together at CCIL and they have two wonderful adult children.  In his spare time, he retains an interest in the world of viruses and emerging infectious diseases, reading, listening to music (across a wide range of styles), to walks while enjoying God’s creation.
